| Hello, my name is Joanie and I am the Patient Care Coordinator at Downey Orthodontics. I am a native of Bowling Green and I have been with the practice for 12 years. I enjoy meeting the patients and parents and getting to work with them throughout their treatment. I especially enjoy the importance that Dr. Downey places on continuing education, and the opportunity to learn new techniques and procedures. We always keep current with the latest orthodontic procedures and practices. I enjoy cooking and baking and often bring special treats to share both with the team and the patients. I also enjoy traveling and attending area festivals and musical events. My husband Gary and I have two sons. I am also the lone Michigan fan in the office and look forward to the big game every year!! |

| Hello, my name is Lauren and I've been with Dr. Downey since 2009. I assist our families with scheduling and with their financial needs. It's been my pleasure to be a part of Dr. Downey's team and see the transformation of our patient's beautiful smiles as they go through the orthodontic process. I have three young children named Kyler, Regan and Brennan. We enjoy spending our free time playing board games, watching movies and being outdoors. I also like music, camping and travel. I feel very fortunate to work for a doctor that's both extremely talented and also so caring towards all his patients and their families. |

| Hello, my name is Jennifer and I have been with Downey Orthodontics for 6 years. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2003 with a degree in Dental Hygiene and I am also EFDA trained. My role at Downey orthodontics is the office coordinator and I work with the administrative team to help ensure that all our families are taken care of. I also help educate our patients on proper dental hygiene around their braces so that they can have a beautiful, clean smile after treatment. I am married to Dr Downey and we have a daughter Lilly, who is the highlight of our life. I enjoy being with family and friends, traveling and reading a good book or watching movies. |

| Hi, my name is Rachel and I'm a certified orthodontic assistant and the clinic coordinator for Downey Orthodontics. I have been with the office for 12 years. I assist Dr Downey with treating patients and I also coordinate the flow of our patients so they can get the best treatment and make sure that their appointments run on time. I love working with the families that come through the office. One of the best parts of my job is having the opportunity of watching our patients grow up during treatment and become more confident when they get their new smile. Another great part of my job is working with a highly trained orthodontist who is very caring and giving. I have been married to my high school sweet heart Jeremy for 13 years and we have two children, Hunter and River. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and playing co-ed softball. |

| Hello, my name is Stacy and I have been a certified orthodontic assistant with this office for 15 years. I love being an orthodontic assistant and one of the best parts of being on this team is the opportunity to meet new people every day. Dr. Downey is very easy to get along with and has high family and moral values and takes his responsibilities as an orthodontist seriously. It is very rewarding to work with all our families as they go through treatment and finish with a beautiful smile. I have two boys, Logan and Walker and I have been married to my high school sweet heart for 16 years. I enjoy reading, going to musicals and spending time with my family. | Hello, I'm Brenna and I am the most recent member of the clinical team here at Downey orthodontics. I attended the Toledo Dental Academy in 2008 and was introduced to this office through an externship. I enjoy that I get to work hands on with our patients together with Dr. Downey. One of the greatest parts of the job is getting to know all the patients and watching their changes as they progress through treatment. It has been a very rewarding career. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my 5 year old daughter. We like going to the movies, being outdoors and spending time with family. |

| Hi, I'm Kim and I have been working in orthodontics for 26 years. I really enjoy getting to know all our patients that are in treatment and working with all the wonderful families. The best part of my job is watching the changes as our patients progress through treatment and the confidence build up from the start to finish of treatment. Dr Downey is great to work for and gives quality care to each patient he sees. He is also a buckeye fan! I am married with 2 children, Brandon and Valerie, and also have four Bassett hounds and a cat. When I'm not working, I enjoy watching my children play baseball, travel softball, lacrosse and compete in their junior dragsters. |
